Position at Firesnap
As a Marketing Manager at Firesnap, Anna will be helping our clients with day-to-day execution of their inbound marketing programs and web design improvements.
In addition to program execution, Anna will be contributing her experienced perspective on potential inbound strategies for each client.
Professional Background & Expertise
Previously, Anna was a digital marketing consultant, leading inbound marketing strategies for clients including Marriott, Mailboat Records, Hearst, and Thomas & Betts.
She also serves as Features Writer & Audience Development Manager for Search Engine Journal, helping shape editorial calendars and partner acquisition. She's helped drive strategic growth and contributed to the transformation of the outlet into a digitally led news source for SEO marketers.
Anna takes an unconventional approach to marketing projects, helping push clients into unexplored territory and take brands to the next level.
Other Stuff Anna is Into
All work and no play makes anyone go crazy.
So when Anna is not helping Firesnap's clients grow, she can be found dancing barefoot at local reggae festivals (we also love reggae around the Firesnap office), mountain biking at nearby Alafia State Park, getting her zen on at the yoga studio and playing frisbee with her two dogs, Norman and Mabel.
Interesting Facts About Anna
Anna can milk a goat (yeah, you read that right). She grew up on a dairy farm that now distributes delicious yogurt, cheese, and milk to Whole Foods, so you know those goats are well taken of and comfortable. If you want to learn more about the farms, check out Sweet Grass Dairy and Dreaming Cow.
Anna was also a semi-professional soccer player. However, after 8 knee surgeries, she hung up her cleats and now plays in an adult beer league.
Anna has two basset hounds named Norman and Mabel that are basically her spoiled children. (Aren't all of our pets?)

Anna's Professional & Personal Goals
Regarding professional goals, Anna wants to become an expert in an area that she considers being a weakness, whether it's learning a new tool or building more PPC campaigns. She recognizes that continuous education is important in this industry and always wants to be on top of the newest digital marketing trends. Anna wants to create an epic and unforgettable piece of content that helps establish her as an industry thought leader. Based on current performance, we think Anna will quickly grow into a team lead position at Firesnap as well.
For personal goals, Anna wants to squeeze in at least 4 days of volunteering in her local community before 2017 is over. Aside from volunteering, Anna also wants to tackle the hike to Havasu Falls in Arizona.
