As part of our growth over the past couple years, Firesnap is expanding operations to include a new Austin, TX location. While our headquarters will still remain in Los Angeles, CA, we are currently scouting a new office to accommodate new and existing South Texas based employees, along with expanded time zones.
Why a New Location?
As many of our customers and partners know, Firesnap is primarily a remote based inbound marketing agency and HubSpot Gold Partner with employees and contractors spread out throughout the United States. Since we have developed strong project management systems to maintain company culture and employee accountability, the actual need for a physical office is quite low, which also helps us keep our overhead (and thus, inbound program pricing) down.
However, we still like to maintain a physical presence within certain markets and look for ways to expand our availability to future organizations who choose to work with us -- so we've opened a temporary virtual office located at the following address:

A larger physical office will open late 2016 to early 2017 (don't worry, we'll invite you over for snacks).

Austin has been a growing tech and start-up hub for several years and also plays hosts to a number of reputable marketing events. As the fastest growing city in the United States (over 400 people move there every day...yes, every day), Austin is also a wonderful place to live, work and recruit talented digital marketing, design and sales professionals.
Compared to other major metropolitan areas throughout the United States, we felt it was the most logical of our options. Sure, the hornets and snakes are scary, but that's a fair trade for prolific live music and killer BBQ.

What This Means for Firesnap's Clients…
For our current clients, nothing will change. Inbound Advisors and Account Managers will continue to provide support, deliverables and guidance during the normal business hours (and often beyond).
However, in the near future, Firesnap will be adding new resources and services that will present new opportunities for our client’s lead generation and revenue growth. Much of this will be centered on expanding marketing program, sales enablement, web development and software integration capabilities.
At the end of the day, we want everyone to feel as though we’re right next door, regardless of our physical location. So we will continue to expand and improve the way in which people and companies engage with us, whether that means creating new online tools or opening new offices.
